Yelo TO-Can Laser Diode Lifetest and Burn In System
YELO TO-CaN Test system is a rack based tester with up to 4 independent drawers (each with 256 devices) allowing up to a total of 1,024 TO-CAN Lasers to be tested in a rack. Each rack and each drawer is fully independent so additional capacity can be added by adding drawers or racks.
