The Yelo system Independence pack provides a complete, no
more to pay, test solution at a remarkably low price.
Along with a flexible test system, the pack contains everything
needed to start testing many of your products. This includes a low cost fixture
kit, easy to use program generators, sample programmes, ‘bow to test’
guides and even a small sample product ready to test. From the moment you open
the pack, it is ready to use.
Although starting at a very low price, the Independence
is not limited in its growth. Functional, in-circuit and telecoms testing
can be expanded and it can be upgraded to a larger Yelo system model.
On-going cost of ownership is low - most companies should be
able to quickly set the system up for new products including generating new
fixtures and programmes. Maintenance is also simple with self-test and easy to
repair cards. The only things needed to test your product are a PC and a little
time.

Yelo 7125 Independence Pack Key Features
The Independence Pack is designed with everything you
need to provide your own flexible functional or in-circuit test station.
Instead of designing your own tester, the Independence provides a
generic test station which can be used and reused for new products. The pack
includes the tester, choice of fixture kits, easy to use programming tools,
‘how to test’ guides, self test and diagnostics. A simple PCB is even
included along with a test program and connection interface ready to test.
The Yelo system is PC controlled running easy to use software
designed for a production environment. The user can choose from a large range
of measurement and stimulus cards which simply plug into the Yelo system. The
facilities are routed, via a software controlled switching bus to the user
interface. The pack is supplied with a choice of bed of nails fixture kit or an
uncustomised box in various sizes.
Each Independence already has 5 user power rails and a
further 4 test cards can be added before it is necessary to upgrade to a Yelo
7130 with space for up to 15 cards. To specify your version of the
Independence select from the table below the test resources you require
and thus which cards are needed. Also select which fixture kit you need.
Remember, you can always add to it later.

The Yelo system is used extensively in the telecommunications
