Custom Design Services
Automatic fixture Mindready (NI) have many years experience in providing custom solutions to many types of industrial problems. For test problems, the Yelo system is highly accessible, making it an ideal basis on which to build up a custom system. With the aid of specialised training from us, some of our customers now design their own cards for Yelo systems. They also have the ability to write their own test functions.
Ascom fixture This is a fixture ordered by Ascom for testing two boards. Mindready (NI) can provide this service, but can also add to that full mechanical design and fabrication so that the complete solution may be provided. For Yelo system applications, Mindready (NI) provides a full programming and fixturing service if required. This allows us to give you a turnkey solution and lets your Yelo system pay for itself right from its first day on your line.
Motorola fixture This is a tester made for Motorola Communicate. Special fixtures can be designed, Mindready (NI) have full CAD and CNC facilities. Common examples include acoustic, button pressing and side entry probes fixtures.
