Mindready (NI) have their purpose designed premises in Carrickfergus where all design and manufacture is carried out. We have an engineering office in Newport, Wales, a sales office in Co. Mayo, Ireland and a support organisation in Leicester. Our Headquarters, Mindready Solutions Inc. are situated in Montreal, Canada.




SUPPORT AVAILABLE

Full technical support is available from our Carrickfergus factory. We have two engineers employed in our Technical Support office dedicated to providing support from one of our four support packages: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

This includes telephone and fax support via a dedicated support line, web site and bulletin board. Standard software upgrades are normally free to the purchaser of the system.

We can provide full on site maintenance support or technical assistance backed up by a test card replacement service. Mindready (NI) provides technical training both internally and on site. Full Yelo systems training is available for hardware and software. Maintenance training includes full circuit diagrams.

We have four distributors, they are in USA, Italy, Spain and India. In these countries our distributors carry a stock of spares and can provide local support.
