YELO LTD was founded in 1983, known then as System Solutions, the company has also operated under Mindready and Averna Ltd.  The company became Yelo Ltd in 2009.

Yelo is situated near Belfast in Northern Ireland and is comprised of a small but perfectly formed team of 22.
